Set the Last Employment Date Mandatory

When the employment status is changed to resigned, serving notice, or terminated, the last employment date field will become mandatory.  
 
Ensure that the employee is added to the Carbonate system.  Refer to the following user guide:
 
 

 

Step 1

On the dashboard, go to the Staff List section.

Select the employee by clicking on its name. 

Step 2

On the pop-up window of the Staff profile, go to the General tab.

Scroll down to Status. Update the employment status by selecting resigned, serving notice, or terminated.

Click Save.

Step 3

Go to the Employment tab.

The last working date should have been mandatory. Update the Last Working Date by selecting the proper date on the calendar.

Step 4

Click Save.
