Define the Date Range for Poll

In our Polls feature, the published poll can be set up to appear only on a defined date range.  This duration of the polls allows the recipients to send their responses.  After the duration, the management may view and export the results in a CSV or PDF format.

Before adding the duration for polls, you must determine the recipient.  Recipients can be the following: 

  • Outlet
  • Entity
  • Rank
  • Department
  • Skills Set
  • Employees

Refer to the following user guides that will guide you in adding the recipients:

 

Step 1

On the dashboard, go to the Communication section.

Go to the Polls tab.

Step 2

To create a new Poll, click on “Create” button at the top right side of the page

Step 3

Fill out the required fields in the Create new poll window (the Poll form title, description, and select the group or individuals you want to send it to).

On the starting and the closing dates, click on the field box and select the date.

You may add as many questions as you want to within one poll form.

Step 4

You can now view the poll duration shown in the remaining number of days on the Poll page.
