Add Multiple Departments of the Company

In Carbonate, you can add the various departments such as HR, Marketing, Production, etc.  When you have set it up, you can select the department on the Staff profile and add the one from where he/she belongs.  

Adding multiple departments allows you to target processing of payroll, exporting reports, and the likes can be filtered by department.  

When adding departments, a company must be set up first.  Here's the guide:

Step 1

On the dashboard, go to the Settings section and click the Company tab.

Step 2

Scroll down to Departments.

Input the department name in the field box.

Should you need to add more, click +Add another department.

Step 3

Click Save.
