How to import users in staff list?

If you wish to import users into the staff list, it can be done with a few simple clicks.

Please check if you have logged in to Carbonate before making the changes.

Step 1

Choose Staff list on the left side of the menu.

Step 2.

Click on select import option.

Step 3

Click on import users.

Step 4

Click on Download the sample file.

Step 5

Add all the required details and save the file in a standard format.

Step 6

Click on attach file.

Once done, the user’s data will be imported successfully into the system.
