How to add company pay items for your employees

On Carbonate, you could easily add your company to pay items for your employees by doing these following steps:

Please check if you have logged in to Carbonate before making any changes.

Also, please make sure the staff is added to the staff list.

Step 1

Go to

Choose Payroll on the left side menu.

Step 2

You can see the edit pay items on the top right corner as shown on the image below, it will ask you for selected employees then you have to go to employee lists then click the profile.

Step 3

Once you click on the profile, you can go to payslip on the pop-up page to edit and fill out your preferences information.

Step 4

Click on Add new item if you wish to add up additional information.

Step 5

Click Generate button.
