How to submit a Claim on Behalf of the staff
On Carbonate, you can submit a claim on behalf of the staff
Before submitting claims on staff behalf kindly make sure varieties of claims are added into the settings
Follow the below steps to implement the same in Carbonate:
Step 1
- Click on “Settings”
Step 2
- Click on the “Claim” Tab
Step 3
- Click “Yes” on Do you allow Admins/Managers to apply claim for team members on their behalf?
Step 4
- Click on Payroll
Step 5
- Select on “CLAIMS” under BULK PAYSLIPS tab
Step 6
- Click on “Add claim On behalf”
Step 7
- Fill out all necessary information
Step 8
- Click on “Send” button
