Setting a compensation preference if holiday falls on a non working day

If you wish to provide compensation for your employees since the holidays fall on a non-working day, you could just simply do following steps:

Step 1

Go to

Choose Setting then Leave/Holiday tab.

Step 2

Go to Holidays on non working day.

Step 3

Choose your Yes or No preference to set compensation for your employees if the holidays fall on a non-working day.


Step 4.

We can also add labour type and make the compensation only available for the selected labour type.

You can provide compensation as an off-in-lieu or salary compensation.

Once the compensation is approved it will reflect in payroll.
