If you are encountering any issue with the Carbonate HR app, simply follow the steps below to reach us.
Login to Carbonate with your credentials.
Step 1:
Click on the “Support” button at the right bottom corner of the Carbonate HR app page.
Step 2:
Fill in the form and attach a screenshot (or any other supporting files) of the issue.
Step 3:
Once you have filled out the form, click on the “Send” button.
We’ll check it and get back to you shortly.
