Incentive for Target Hours Completion

If your company has working hours based incentives, you can set these incentives based on ranks in Carbonate HR.

Step 1

The process is simple, go to settings > Attendance settings

Step 2

Scroll down to “Target hour incentive” and click add new incentive rate.

Step 3

Select the option if this incentive is based on weekly hours, shift hours or you may set minimum hours of our own.

Step 4

Set the hours and then the incentive amount.

You may create different incentives for different ranks (group of people)
