How to give administrative privileges access for claims

On carbonate, Admin can give administrative access over a group of employees for managing claims. The access can be given based on Outlets, Hiring Entities, Ranks, Departments, or by selecting employees exclusively. By giving administrative privileges certain managers can able to perform admin-level access & actions for the claim.

  • On Carbonate you can give administrative access over a group of employees for claims from the employee profile.
Step 1.

  • Please search the particular staff and open the profile for the employee.
Step 3.
  • Please go to the Privileges tab of the employee profile and  assign administrative access for Claim.
Case 1.
  • In case no hierarchical restrictions option is selected then particular manager will have all the employee administrative access for claim.
Case 2.
  • In case if same or low hierarchy option is selected then manager will have full access only over claim of Managers and Staff, but not of admins.
Case 3.
  • In case if employee belonging to same entity option is selected then particular manager will have all the employee administrative access for claim for the selected entities.
Case 4.
  • In case if employee belonging to same outlets option is selected then particular manager will have all the employee administrative access for claim for the selected outlets.
Case 5.
  • In case employee belonging to department option is selected then particular manager will have all the employee administrative access for claim for the selected department.
Case 6.
  • In case employee having particular rank option is selected then manager will have all the employee administrative access for claim for the selected ranks.
Case 7.
  • In case for the selected employees option is selected then particular manager will have the employee administrative access for claim only for the selected employees.
Step 4.
  • Please click on save on the bottom of privileges tab and keep your preferences.
